Wrinkles in the topline collar – Case #638

Problem: the pre-production trial came with wrinkles in the topline collar.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to change the collar backer in production, use 1.5 SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) instead of 6N canvas in order to avoid these wrinkles. Another sample of the importance of pre-production trials, that allow adjustments to be made before bulk production runs.
