Keeping our company free of corruption is our most important goal. We have designed and implemented a 17-step process to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in our industry.

Our three key Values dictate how our Team Members must act always, without exceptions:

  • Ethics: Upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity is our paramount objective as a company. We are deeply committed to fostering a culture of transparency and combating corruption in our industry. To achieve this, we have meticulously designed and implemented a rigorous 17-step process that serves as our safeguard against unethical practices.
  • Integrity and Sincerity: Through this comprehensive process, we leave no room for compromise. Each step is carefully crafted to ensure that our operations remain free from corruption, protecting the trust placed in us by our stakeholders. By adhering to these robust measures, we create an environment where ethical conduct thrives and where our Team Members, clients, and partners can have complete confidence in our business practices.
  • Respect and Courtesy: Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity is unwavering. We continuously monitor and evaluate our processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of ethical practices in our industry. We firmly believe that when our Team Members follow these three Values, they will exceed our Clients’ expectations, help our Company succeed, and more importantly, advance their own personal growth and professional development.

What We Know, our Clients and the Entire Industry Will Know:

Protecting our Clients and their consumers against the negative effects of unethical behavior including by an Impactiva Team Member is a top priority. We see this as nothing less than our moral obligation to honor the trust our Clients place in us.

ETHICS AND INTEGRITY RULES

“No Gift” Rule

Under no circumstance should Impactiva Team Members ever accept money or gifts from a supplier for any reason.

“No Free Assistance from Supplier” Rule

Impactiva Team Members MUST pay market prices for any punctual assistance they receive from any Suppliers where we perform our services (including transport, lodging and meals). Before we start our work at any Supplier, we sign an Impactiva-Supplier Terms of Engagement which clearly defines and places market prices on any assistance we may require a Supplier to provide.

“No Entertainment with Supplier” Rule

Impactiva prohibits its Team Members from participating in any type of entertainment activity with any Supplier. This includes meals away from the Supplier’s installations.

“No Recommending-Disclosing” Rule

We promise all of our Clients total neutrality and confidentiality. All of Impactiva’s Team Members are forbidden to recommend/assist our Clients in finding new factories or recommend/assist factories in finding new Clients.

De-Accreditation

To ensure complete transparency with the industry and the world’s consumers, we publish all verified breaches of our No Gift, No Free Assistance from Supplier, No Entertainment with Supplier and No Recommending-Disclosing rules on our website.
