Problem: the antique finishing is done after attaching the mudguard at the toe area. The cotton brush moves on the rubber component resulting in an uneven finish.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to do the burnishing after lasting and before attaching the rubber mudguard component in order to achieve a better finish and look.
