Textile material fraying on loops – Case #036

Problem: the textile material of the back loop was fraying.

 

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to trim the fibers with scissors first and then fuse the  edges with an iron at 100 degree temperature. This procedure avoided textile fraying and substantially cut production time thus increasing productivity, since the factory no longer has to trim each loop one by one.
