Problem:
Puckering at the end of an invisible zipper.

Impactiva Solution:
Impactiva has identified the said issue and recommended the below technical suggestions. Impactiva has worked along with the factory and improved it.

Implementation:
(1) Machine setting: Needle / looper / thread tension is adjusted according to the base fabrics / thickness of layers.
(2) Zipper tape shrinkage is removed. Zipper guides were used.
(3) Zipper marking done to match the panels.
(4) Overall handling of the Artisan (Operator) is improved.

(1) Aesthetic look / workmanship of the bulk garments improved.
(2) Averted rejection / re-work.
