Poor packing affects quality – Case #567

Problem: poor packing: the buckles were not wrapped and the straps did not have plastic strips,  so buckles can get scratched and straps can collapse during transit.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to wrap buckles and use plastic strips to support the ankle straps.
