Problem: Incorrect storage of uppers caused bad vamp shape (crimping shape) and thus poor quality shoes.

Impactiva solution: Impactiva got the factory to insert a vamp-shaped cardboard inside of the upper and then properly stack them in the cartons and not damage the vamp shape.
