Incorrect counter feather line – Case #450

Problem: the counter feather line shape was not correct (smooth).
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to pull the upper with a pincer during seat lasting and to adjust the wiper plate of the machine in order to maintain a smooth counter feather line.
