Gap between heel and outsole – Case # 243

Problem: there is a gap between the heel wedge, the outsole and the insole (footbed) because the outsole edge is bigger and does not fit properly in the heel wedge chamber/slot.

Impactiva solution: we suggested the factory to slightly rough the outsole edge to make it fit.
