Front placket placement – Case #212

“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start ^TM.

Problem: excessive distance from the zipper to the attaching seam (1 1/4″ instead of 3/4” ) on the  front placket.

Impactiva solution: we educated the factory artisans to follow the placket placement at 3/4″ from the  zipper to the attaching seam to avoid overlapping the zipper after buttoning. This procedure greatly improved the workmanship and esthetic look of the front placket.
