Problem: excessive pressure on the sole pressing machine was resulting in permanent damage to the lasts.

Impactiva solution: we demonstrated and educated the artisans how to properly align the lasts  and maintain the proper pressure during the sole pressing operation. We also displayed a show board on the lasting floor. These procedures successfully avoided lasts damage.
