Problem: Dents on quarter due to improper de-lasting.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to fix a de-lasting jig on the de-lasting table. We demonstrated the correct procedure to the artisans, and educated them in the concept that all shoes must be de-lasted using the jig instead of their knees.
