Deficient stitching – Case #142

Problem: deficient stitching: wavy, uneven and incorrect density (stitches per cm).

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to fix a guide of 10mm from the roller, hang a display board on the stitching line signed by the artisan in order to follow the standard, and set stitch length to 2.5 stitch/cm in all the machines.
