Problem: tearing of the drill cloth lining because the factory was cutting it in the wrong fiber direction (90 degrees).

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to cut the lining cloth in 45 degrees. We made a show board describing the correct direction of synthetic material cutting, and placed it on travel head of the cutting machine.
