Cream on the welts – Case #295

Problem: cream application on the sole welt, which reduces the esthetic look of shoe.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to deploy one person to remove the cream from the welt edges. This situation was caught during the production and therefore could be solved before the shoes were packed. This averted the re-inspection and rework of the whole lot if the problem was identified during the final shipment QC.
