Wrong assortment – Case #134

Problem: wrong master carton assortment.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to deploy one artisan to check 100% of the master carton for the assortment found with problems. We developed a chop for each artisan responsible for checking the packing of master cartons, so each artisan takes the ownership of his/her job.
Impactiva will perform a random inspection of packed master cartons every 1.5 hours and if a single error is found the whole lot is sent for rework. The results of the audit are entered in a log book to identify the irresponsible artisan/s over a period of time.
