Wet container – Case #148

“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start ^TM.

Problem: Due to heavy rain in China, the outer and inner walls of the container got wet.

Impactiva solution: in order to avoid moisture that can lead to mold formation during the shipment, we got the factory to:

a. Remove all the water inside and outside the container

b. Use a fan to quickly dry the inner walls of the container

c. Cover the inner walls of the container with polythene sheets to further protect the master cartons
