Problem: vanishing pen marking is not visible in normal temperature but after keeping the shoes at a cold temperature for 24 hours it appears.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to clean the marking areas with MEK solvent and check random pairs with Butane Gas for the reappearance of vanishing pen marks.
