Problem: Off Centered Seam on the shoe shaft due to improper lasting (lasting allowance not uniform).

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to develop and use a marking pattern that helps the lasting operator to balance the upper during the lasting operation. This change resulted in a  balanced shaft seam and a uniform lasting allowance
