Problem: Lot of goat leather with wide color variations. If a lot like this reaches the factory it is very difficult to maintain color consistency in the shoe production. It is a problem that has to be solved at the tannery before shipping.

Impactiva solution: we got the tannery to separate shades and rework each lot separately to match the master color swatch.
