Inconsistent Elastic Attachment That Affects The Fitting Of The Shoe.

The factory didn’t have a method to control the angle in which they were attaching the elastic to the upper. This caused differences in the esthetic look and fit from shoe to shoe.

Impactiva Solution: we got the factory to develop and use a jig to attach the elastic component on the uppers thus achieving consistency in the results of the operation.
