Crooked stitching – Case #230

Problem: the decorative lock stitching of the tongue was crooked because the marking was not properly done and the vamp was not well positioned in the machine.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to make a new marking pattern with the center line to match the upper notch; and placed a 2 mm texton board (facing curved shape) with a machine jig to hold it straight and avoid movement during stitching.
