Zipper gusset not secured – Case #165

Problem: the zipper gusset is not properly secured, therefore the stitching opens during lasting.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory to put 3 additional lock stitches to better secure the zipper gusset. With these additional stitches, it withstands lasting without opening.
