Lock Stitching Incorrectly Secured.
During lock stitching operation, the upper and the lining were not sewn together properly because the underlay was 3 mm. too long.
Impactiva Solution: we got the factory to reduce 3mm the underlay allowance of the upper and to insert the facing component well inside. This ensured the seam secured properly the upper and lining, and contributed to enhance the esthetic look.
