Material Quality Assurance Service
Objective
The objective of Your Material Quality Assurance Program is:
- to clearly define in extreme detail, the material characteristics and color tolerances of all materials and colors to be inspected
- to ensure that all the material shipped to your factories fulfill the standards and specifications defined by you with Impactiva’s guidance and methodology
- upon arrival at your factories, the material can go directly to the cutting department with only a reduced sampling of a few bundles.
Description of the Service
Your Material Quality Assurance Program would be based on the following:
Specify
Before the start of each season, meetings are held with brand, factory and tannery personnel to clearly define the characteristics of each material and color using Impactiva’s leading-edge material specification methodology. Impactiva’s Technical Department then assists the brand in assuring the integrity of all their material confirmation swatches, color windows (for leather) and range swatches (for leather).
Inspect
Impactiva Technicians, who are permanently stationed at the material vendor, inspect 100% of the bundles, rolls or hides/skins in the case of leather, separating them by grade and color.
After Sales Support
When the material arrives at a factory, Impactiva Customer Service Coordinators located in all the key industry cluster towns throughout Asia will assist the factory in quickly resolving any issues which may arise.
