Problem: the vamp is not seating comfortably on the instep point and the leather tears at the folded curves (throat) of the vamp during the lasting operation.

Impactiva solution: we got the factory do a vamp blocking before lasting and shortened the length of the cut on the vamp curves (throat) while folding.
