Problem: improper storage/housekeeping of garments labels without accountability.
Impactiva solution: we identified the deviation and educated the factory to separate the labels per country of destination of the product. We displayed a board with the special label placement in the production floor. We averted the rework if this problem was found at final shipment QC inspection, or huge inconveniences at destination, that could even involve legal problems at Customs since the garments would arrive with the wrong importer information.
