Problem: the lining is not skived at the toe area, what makes the toe part so bulgy that opens during lasting.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to rough the edges and add a backer on the toe area in order to prevent opening during lasting. We also instructed to skive properly the toe area in new production batches.
