“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start TM.
Problem: the hammer bar of the toe lasting machine was leaving an ugly white impression on the vamps.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to cover the bar with EVA + a piece of black suede to make the surface softer and black, to avoid the impressions and any possible color transference.
