“A picture is worth a thousand words”. Practical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process that demonstrate how we assist our customers’ factories to produce Right from the Start TM.
Problem: the pictogram that indicates the shoe size among other information, gets distorted due to handling as it is stuck on the outsole before delasting.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to stick a size label on the outsole before delasting and replace it with the pictogram when packing.
