Problem: toe puffs were getting damaged during toe moulding operation.
Impactiva solution: we got the factory to place a teflon sheet over the heat mould to make sure the thermoplastic toe puff do not get stuck to the mould. This prevented the toe puffs from getting damaged or losing their shape.
