The Impactiva Way

At Impactiva we will help you to acquire the technical, management and leadership skills to reach the top of your field.

We offer continuous learning opportunities allowing our technicians to master personal computers and written/spoken business communication skills in English, the standard language used in our Company.  We do hire professionals with minimal English and put them through extensive language classes.

Our technical team members will learn to think and work like engineers:  design tests-experiments, gather data, analyze results, develop and design new processes- procedures, perform root-cause analysis and synthesize.

Our culture of openness, transparency and honesty creates a fun and challenging work environment where Team Members learn to work together appreciating each others strengths and working vigorously to improve their weaknesses.   Personal evaluations and values review every six months, allow you to clearly understand your level of performance and the possibilities for growth in the future.

Our Company prides itself on promoting first from within and having leading-edge remuneration policies that are geared to rewarding those who excel.  Below are the current opportunities for new Team Members to join Impactiva.  Please send your resume to: hr@impactiva.com
